Hot Insulation

There are several materials which are used for hot Insulation like Rockwool mattresses (LRB Mattresses), Rockwool Slab, Rockwool Pipe Section, Mineral Wool, Cerawool, Fibre glass etc. Materials are selected as per company specification and temperatures.

Rockwool

Rockwool mattresses are used for Hot Insulation to conserve energy. It helps to maintain temperature and prevent condensation in process industries. It also reduces noise levels when applied on such machine & buildings . Rockwool also provides human safety from Hot parts. Rockwool is mainly used for Boilers, Equipments, E.S.P. Ducts, Ovens, Furnaces, Tanks, Pipe Lines, Distillation Towers, Chemical Vessels etc.

 

Cold Insulation

There are several materials which are used for Cold Insulation like Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Flat Surface , PUF Pipe Section , PUF Spray Insulation (In-Situ) , PUF Panels , Thermocole Flat Surface , Thermocole Pipe Section , Nitrile Rubber , Class O Armaflex , XLPE  etc. Materials are selected as per company specification and temperatures.

Polyurethane Foam

PU Foam is a rigid cellular polyurethane of low specific gravity with predominatly closed cell structure. Cellular polyurethanes are specific type of polymers produced from compounds containing active hydrogen atoms. These may be either polyesters or polyether based polyols.Rigid Polyurethane foam is used for insulation of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems,deep freezers, cold stores, refrigerated trucks, process Lines Tanks, vessels, sandwich building panels, buoyancy applications, decorative ceiling tiles, pre- fabricated structural components or everywhere conditioned temperature is required.

Rigid polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR) is one of the most efficient, high performance insulation materials, enabling very effective energy savings with minimal occupation of space
